Terms and conditions |

Payment:
1. Training fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any lesson or course.
2. A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm CBT bookings.
3. A £100.00 deposit is required to confirm any training course.
Cancellation:
1. A minimum 24 hours notice is required when cancelling lessons, if this cannot be achieved the lesson fee will be deemed to haver been forfeited. (Any extenuating circumstances may be taken into account)
2. Courses paid for in advance are expected to have been concluded within six months. Any extension to this period may be considered if circumstances dictate otherwise fees are non-refundable.
3. If lessons are cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
Booking Conditions:
1. If the candidate cannot produce a valid driving licence at commencement of training the lesson fee will be payable in full.
2. The trainee is responsible for the first £250.00 of damage to school machines where said damage occurs due to rider error.
3. Any physical or mental disabilities must be made known prior to commencement of training.
4. Medical conditions such as asthma or diabetes must be declared prior to commencement. |
